LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing these files from Sayth Stone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

The purchaser of this CD (Stone Graphics™ PaperShapers™ Building Compilation CD) has limited use and rights concerning the files provided on the CD.

The files provided on this CD belong to Sayth Stone, and all intellectual property protection and copyrights are reserved by Sayth Stone. The purchaser of the CD enters a license agreement where the following conditions apply:

1. The files and physical print outs of the files remain the property of Sayth Stone. The purchaser of the CD has permission to use the files and print outs for personal use.

2. The files may not be altered.

3. The printouts may be altered, but only for personal use.

4. The purchaser may not copy the digital files. This includes copying to another hard disk, soft disk, web server, portable media, save as an email attachment, or other distribution or digital archive form.

5. The license purchased to use these files cannot be transferred without the prior written consent of Sayth Stone. That means you cannot sell, trade, rent, lease or give away the files or print outs to another person or corporate entity.

6. These files require use of Adobe Systems Inc.® free software, Acrobat Reader®. Sayth Stone is not responsible for user’s inability to install Acrobat Reader®, due to computer hardware limits or any other reason.

7. Sayth Stone is not responsible for color or quality of print-outs (output) of these files. Variables such as paper, printer and print settings cause output differences.

8. If this product has a version number, you are not guaranteed to be provided updates to newer versions free of cost.

8. Sayth Stone reserves the right to revise this Limited License Agreement at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes upon publication of it on my Web site: www.stone-graphics.com
